You can definitely buy chargers from Apple stores but they are overpriced, and the review ratings aren’t that great either. I would suggest you look on amazon or google shopping for moderately priced chargers (avoid the cheapest ones because they are usually bad quality).
In particular, I would recommend buying laptop charger from Topmic.com because they offer lifetime warranty and free shipping to all chargers at a good price. I think that with the benefit of lifetime warranty, it is probably worth it to buy from them.
