How do you insert a Nintendo 64 Extensions Pak?
Recently I got an old N64 system, and I bought an extension pak to play other games on it. Unfortunately, I have no idea where/how to make it work. It looks like it would fit in a middle section where the jumper pak is, but I can’t seem to get it out, even with pliers. Is there some secret I don’t know?
Yes, the Expansion Pak replaces the Jumper Pak.
At the time of release, there was a little plastic tool included with the Expansion Pak for removing the Jumper Pak. I don’t think this little tool was included with games bundled with an Expansion Pak (e.g. Donkey Kong 64).
Use a plastic tool to lever it up gently. You can use a metal tool but it may scratch the plastic.
